CO2 laser skin resurfacing is one of the most powerful cosmetic services we offer. With CO2 skin resurfacing, the lasers fully ablate the skin, stripping away the entire top layer of the skin within the treatment area. CO2 laser skin resurfacing focuses on particular parts of the face to treat deep lines and wrinkles, sunspots, acne, and dark spots and offers maximum tissue tightening. The results following CO2 skin resurfacing include smoother and younger-looking skin that is free of blemishes and sunspots, fine lines and wrinkles, and pigmented lesions and acne scars.

2-3 treatments are usually recommended, with treatment times typically around 15-30 minutes each. Anesthesia is required for CO2 skin resurfacing as the procedure itself can cause discomfort. Unlike CO2 laser skin resurfacing which fully ablates the skin, Opus Plasma Skin Resurfacing uses fractional plasma technology to specifically target and remove a fraction of the top layer of the skin. The results patients can achieve with Opus Plasma Skin Resurfacing include reduced signs of sun damage, fine lines, wrinkles, dullness, and scarring. Patients will also experience smoother, softer skin, tighter and more taut skin, and an improvement in the overall appearance of the skin.

2-3 treatments are typically recommended, with each treatment lasting 20-30 minutes. Recovery time is anywhere from 5 to 7 days, during which the skin will appear red, dry, and minor puncture marks may be visible.
